Garak : My wife decided to have her opposite end worked on yesterday. She had cataract surgery on her left eye. She’s doing great and is anxious for the right eye surgery on March 12. Feb 14, 2024 18:08:02 GMT

James T. Kirk: I finally dropped below 190 lbs. for the 1st time in over 50 years. At 6'2" my wife says I look too thin, but I feel great with fewer aches and pains. I got down to 188 five days ago and haven't crept above 190 since. How was the trip Garak? Mar 6, 2024 9:22:19 GMT

Garak : Congrats on the weight loss. At 5-10, I stay at 188-190. The trip was good, a little cooler than past years. We got rained out on nine holes on day. All in all the trip was great. Mar 6, 2024 17:03:51 GMT

James T. Kirk: We're celebrating 50 years of marriage this summer. I said I'd like to wear the same tux, but I'd say the rental place has probably retired it by now. (:))
